Creative YouTube Shorts Video Editor

I am looking for an editor for a YouTube Shorts channel.
I need a professional—and, above all, creative—editor for an ongoing, long-term position.
The workload consists of 4 videos per day. I will provide all the raw footage; your role will be to assemble the videos in a dynamic way, using effective cuts and a creative touch.
Requirements:
Experience with YouTube Shorts.
Creativity in video assembly.
Dynamic editing style that captures and holds the viewer's attention.
Commitment to deadlines.
Availability for a daily workflow.
(Subtitles must be added manually, using a specific effect that I will teach you.)
I am not looking for someone who simply stitches clips together; I need someone who can use their creativity to make the videos truly high-quality.
The channel is growing very rapidly, already reaching tens of thousands of views in its first few months.
I am prepared to pay up to US$400, depending on the editor’s skill level. Please do not propose rates that do not align with your actual experience—let’s avoid wasting each other’s time.
