Creative Writer for Couples' Quiz App Questions

Writer needed: playful, creative questions for a couples' quiz app

I'm building a quiz game for adult couples. Both partners answer the same questions separately on their own phones, then the app shows where they match and where they differ. The goal is to spark fun conversations, laughs, and small surprises about each other.

I need fresh, imaginative questions for the erotic and lightly sensual part of the app: affection, kissing, cuddling, dates, compliments, little habits, what makes each partner feel loved and desired, playful "would you rather" moments.

Format of each question

A short title (max 40 characters)
The question itself (max 160 characters)
3 to 6 answer options (max 70 characters each)
Written for a woman and a man as a couple, or for 2 men or 2 women. Some questions are asked about "her" or "him" specifically.
Example:

Title: Undressing
Question: When things heat up, how do you want her to undress you?
Options: Slowly, one piece at a time / Fast, clothes everywhere / She watches while I do it / We don't fully undress

Specific, original ideas. Not generic "what's your favorite color" questions.
Answer options that are all genuinely tempting, with at least one surprising or funny choice.
Warm, playful, tasteful tone. Not cheesy, not explicit.
Variety across themes so the questions don't repeat each other.
Deliverable Questions in a Google Sheet or Excel file (one row per question, one column per field). English only.

How we'll start A small paid test of 10 questions. If it's a good fit, I'll order larger batches (80 to 80+ questions), paid per accepted question. Writers with experience in relationship content, couples' games, party games, or app copy are especially welcome.
