**Job Role: Video Editor**

We’re looking for a creative and skilled **Video Editor** who can help us create engaging short-form content, especially Instagram Reels.

### What we’re looking for:

• Experience in editing Instagram Reels / short-form videos
• Good understanding of pacing, transitions, sound design, and storytelling
• Ability to create engaging edits that hold viewers' attention
• Knowledge of captions, motion graphics, effects, and trending editing styles
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to understand a brief and bring creative ideas to the edit

### Work Requirement

We are looking for someone who can consistently deliver **at least 15 Reels per month**.

This will be a **contractual work opportunity**, with the possibility of a long-term collaboration based on performance and consistency.

**Preference will be given to school students and college 1st-year students** who have a strong interest in video editing and want to gain practical experience while working on real-world projects.

The role can be **part-time / freelance / contractual**, depending on the candidate and work arrangement.
