Creative Video Editor for Another International New Channel -- 2

I’m starting another new vlog/content channel and looking for a **creative, ambitious video editor/intern** who can help shape the content from the ground up and own it end to end.

I’ll provide the **raw footage** — you’ll take ownership of turning it into polished, engaging content.

### What you’ll do

* Edit raw footage into professional **8–12 min YouTube vlogs**
* Handle cuts, pacing, transitions, text, captions, light music/SFX, basic color and audio
* Find the story within the raw footage and suggest creative ways to make it more engaging
* Create strong hooks/intros and experiment with different versions where useful
* Turn each vlog into multiple **Reels/Shorts** and identify the best short-form moments
* Bring your own ideas around editing style, storytelling and content — not just follow instructions

I care more about **good taste, storytelling and creativity than excessive effects**.

You don’t need years of experience. I’m open to interns/new editors who are hungry to build, experiment and produce genuinely great work.

This is a **paid opportunity with competitive compensation**, with scope to increase it significantly if the work is strong. Ideally, I’d like to find someone who can work with me consistently and grow with the channel.
