WE’RE HIRING — UI/UX DESIGNER

Freelancer / Intern | Complete Product Redesign

We’re looking for a highly creative UI/UX Designer who can completely rethink and redesign our existing product.

We currently have approximately 30–40 existing screens, but these are not a limitation or a fixed design direction.

They are simply a starting point to understand the existing product, flows, requirements, and business logic.

FULL CREATIVE FREEDOM

We want you to RETHINK. REIMAGINE. REDESIGN.

You have the freedom to completely change:

* Layouts
* Visual style
* Typography
* Color system
* Components
* Navigation
* Interactions
* User experience
* Information hierarchy
* Screen structures
* Overall design language

If you believe something can be designed better, go for it.

We are specifically looking for out-of-the-box thinking, fresh ideas, unconventional solutions, and a modern product experience.

We don’t want someone who simply follows the existing design.

We want someone who can challenge it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will:

* Study the existing 30–40 screens
* Understand the product and existing user flows
* Identify design and UX opportunities
* Completely redesign screens where required
* Introduce new creative design concepts
* Improve usability and user experience
* Create a modern, premium, and distinctive visual identity
* Develop new UI components and interactions
* Establish a consistent design system
* Think about responsive experiences
* Deliver a polished, production-ready product design

OUR EXPECTATION

We are not saying:

“Here is the design. Just make it prettier.”

Instead, we are saying:

“Here is our existing product. Now show us how YOU would design it.”

Your creativity, design thinking, and ideas are highly valued.

DESIGN PROCESS

Understand → Explore → Challenge → Rethink → Redesign → Iterate → Finalize

There may be multiple rounds of brainstorming, discussions, feedback, and iterations.

The goal is not to finish quickly.

The goal is to create something genuinely

Additional performance-based bonuses may be offered based on:

* Creativity
* Quality of work
* Out-of-the-box thinking
* Initiative
* Contribution
* Overall performance

ONE LAST THING

If you are someone who needs every design decision to be dictated to you, this may not be the right role.

But if you see an existing product and immediately start thinking:

“What if we did this completely differently?”

We want to hear from you.

Bring your creativity.
Bring your ideas.
Bring your design thinking.

The existing 30–40 screens are just the starting point.

The final design is up to you.
