Graphic & UI/UX Designer Wanted — B2B HoReCa Platform
I am looking for a creative graphic/UI/UX designer to help build the visual identity of a new B2B technology platform for the gastronomy and hospitality industry.
The platform will connect restaurants, hotels and professional buyers with multiple food & beverage suppliers, allowing them to search, compare prices and conditions, order from multiple suppliers and receive smart recommendations to save money and time.
We are currently at the beginning of development and want to create a polished interactive demo first, which will then become the visual foundation for the full platform.
What I need from you
Brand identity
Logo + logo variations
App/icon version
Colour palette
Typography
Basic brand guidelines
Overall visual identity
UI/UX design
Create a clean, modern and extremely easy-to-use interface for:
Landing page
Restaurant dashboard
Product search
Product comparison
Product details
Shopping cart
Smart Order Assistant
Checkout
Supplier dashboard
Incoming supplier orders
The most important feature is the Smart Order Assistant, which can show things like:
“We found €50.40 potential savings in your basket.”
For example:
€32 saved by switching products to another supplier
€18 delivery fee avoided
One delivery eliminated by consolidating products
The interface should make these moments feel positive and rewarding, not complicated.
Design direction
I am looking for something:
Clean • Light • Modern • Professional • Friendly • Intelligent
The platform should feel like a product that helps the user, rather than another complicated procurement/ERP system.
I am open regarding colours, but I imagine a bright/light interface with a trustworthy primary colour and a positive accent colour. I would like the designer to bring their own professional ideas here.
Please avoid generic gastronomy visuals such as chef hats, forks, plates, etc. The company should feel like a modern European technology company, not a restaurant brand.
Important
The designs should be created in Figma, with reusable components/design system so that my developer can implement them directly.
I don't need 50 screens initially. I would rather have 8–10 excellent screens that establish the complete visual language of the product.
The designer will work together with my developer, who is already building the platform.
Who I'm looking for
Someone who understands both:
Branding + UI/UX
and can think about how a real product should work, not just make beautiful static designs.
Experience with:
SaaS
marketplaces
B2B platforms
mobile/web applications
dashboards
is a strong advantage.
Please send me
Portfolio / previous work
Examples of UI/UX or marketplace projects
Your approach to the project
Estimated timeline
Price for the initial branding + demo design package
The company name is currently being finalized, so the first stage should focus on creating the visual direction and product identity around the concept.
I'm looking for someone who can potentially stay involved as the platform develops, not just deliver a logo and disappear.
