I’m building an always-on presence across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok and need a skilled editor who can turn my raw footage into eye-catching short-form clips as well as polished long-form pieces.
Here’s what the workflow looks like:
• You’ll receive organised folders of 4K footage, music beds, and a rough content outline.
• Short-form edits (Reels/TikToks, 15–60 s) should feel punchy and trend-driven—smart cuts, dynamic text, snappy sound effects, smooth key-frame motion, and colour work that pops natively on mobile.
• Long-form edits (YouTube, 8–15 min) need engaging pacing, sharp storytelling, branded lower thirds, and clean audio balancing so viewers stay through to the end.
• Every export must be optimised for its platform’s aspect ratio, resolution and bitrate, with subtitles burned in or supplied as .srt.
I lean toward a creative, unique style—think playful transitions, subtle VFX, on-screen graphics that support the narrative without feeling corporate. If you’re comfortable pulling reference clips, pitching inventive visual ideas, and iterating quickly based on feedback, we’ll work well together.
Deliverables each cycle
1. Final mastered video files (MP4/H.264) in vertical, square and horizontal formats as needed.
2. Separate thumbnail image or poster frame for YouTube.
3. Project files (Premiere Pro or Final Cut; DaVinci Resolve also fine) neatly organised so my team can pick up where you leave off.
Before we start, please share a link to two short-form and one long-form edit that best showcase your creative approach. Looking forward to collaborating!
