Creative Photo Effects Editor Needed

I have a set of photos that I’d like transformed into eye-catching visuals. The emphasis is on Creative effects, so I’m after someone who can go well beyond basic touch-ups—think bold colour treatments, imaginative overlays, playful typography or graphic elements, and any other artistic flourishes that elevate the images while keeping them polished and professional.

Here’s what I need done:
• Apply inventive colour grading, text overlays, and other stylistic treatments that tell a cohesive visual story.
• Retouch blemishes or distractions only where they detract from the final concept.
• Add royalty-free graphic accents or subtle sound-cue captions if motion variants (GIF/short reels) feel appropriate to the effect.
• Supply the finished files in high-resolution JPG or PNG, ready for social media or print, delivered within 3–4 days of project start.
