Creative Motion Design for a Video Collage

I’m looking for a motion designer/video editor to create a short video collage animation for a corporate video celebrating 30 years.
I have approximately 44 individual video clips of different people saying “I am MedNet.”
Animation Concept:
I want all the videos to appear as individual square video tiles within one moving collage.
Important: I do NOT want each video to appear individually/full-screen one after another.
Instead:
- Multiple video tiles should be visible together on screen at the same time.
- The videos should be cropped/framed into consistent square tiles.
- The tiles should move together in a fast, smooth and dynamic animation, with the feeling of the camera continuously pulling/zooming backwards and revealing more people.
- As the animation progresses, more video tiles can enter/reveal themselves while the existing tiles continue moving and repositioning.
- The tiles should gradually move towards their final positions until all 44 videos collectively form the number “30.”
- The videos must remain as separate visible square tiles while forming the number. I do not want the videos simply masked inside a “30” shape.
- The transition into the “30” should feel continuous and fluid, rather than cutting from a normal grid directly into the number.
- Motion blur and smooth easing can be used to create a polished sense of speed and depth.
Important CEO Moment:
The CEO’s video should be the final featured video before the “30” formation is fully completed.
The animation should build towards this moment, with the CEO appearing prominently as the last/main video before the remaining movement completes the final 30 formation.
After the CEO moment, the tiles should quickly settle into their final positions, revealing the complete “30” made from all 44 video tiles.
The completed “30” should then hold briefly as the final reveal.
Deliverables:
- Final high-resolution rendered animation.
- Complete editable/open project file in Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro only.
- Please do not use any other software, as I need to be able to open and edit the project file later if any changes are required.
- All compositions, animations and editable elements should remain fully editable.
- The project should be properly organized so that videos can easily be replaced and adjustments can be made in the future.
- Please avoid paid third-party plugins unless discussed and approved in advance.
I Will Provide:
- 44 individual video clips.
- The CEO video clearly identified.
- Visual references showing the movement and style I am looking for.
- Brand guidelines/colors if required.
The overall animation should feel clean, modern, premium, dynamic and corporate.
Important: This needs to be a custom motion graphics animation, not a basic video grid, slideshow, or ready-made template.
The animation must be created using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro only, and I will need the complete editable project/open file as part of the final delivery.
