Creative Motion Design and Footage Pacing

Instructions:

- Use Adobe After Effects for motion design and Adobe Premiere Pro for pacing the footage.
- Pace the Raw Footage to 1 minute
- The video should be exactly 1 minute in duration.
- This is a full motion graphics piece—no A-roll, no B-roll.
- Please do not take inspiration from or recreate the original YouTube video associated with the provided raw footage. The final output should be your own creative interpretation of the footage.
- Avoid static frames completely. Every second should have purposeful motion.
- Do not stretch or artificially extend scenes just to meet the duration.
- Focus on smooth transitions and fluid animation throughout.
- Maintain a strong design sense — typography, color, composition, and pacing should feel intentional.
- The overall output should feel visually engaging, modern, and polished.
- Prioritize quality of motion and aesthetic consistency over unnecessary complexity.
- Complex animations that enhance the video and integrate well with the narrative are a strong bonus.
