Creative Food Photography & Reels

I’m planning a full visual refresh for an F&B brand and need someone who can handle both stills and short-form video on the same day. I will share a detailed mood-board ahead of time, but here’s the core brief so you can gauge the scope.

We’ll be working indoors, relying on available natural light within the venue or if lighting setup needed . I want the shots to feel artistic and creative rather than stiff or overly posed, yet still retain a clean, true-to-life colour palette—think minimal editing, no heavy filters.

Deliverables I need from you:
• 40 basic food item shots (one hero angle per dish, plus any quick garnish tweaks you’d naturally capture).
• A set of ambience photos that capture the space, table setups, and candid moments of service.
• 8 vertical reels optimised for Instagram—snappy cuts, 15–25 seconds each, aligned with the mood-board storyboards I’ll supply.

All photos should be delivered in high-resolution JPEG (RAW files optional if you already shoot them). Reels should arrive in 1080 × 1920 H.264 MP4, ready to post. Basic colour correction and light grading are fine; please keep the overall look natural.

You’ll need to bring your own camera body and lenses suited for low-light indoor work, plus any lightweight stabilisation for the reel footage. I’ll handle shot lists, props, plating order and on-site coordination, so you can focus purely on capturing and editing.

Shoot day is flexible within the next two weeks; let me know your earliest availability and approximate turnaround time for final files. Once we align on timing I’ll detail the budget breakdown and milestones. Looking forward to seeing how you translate the brief into vibrant content.
