Creative Architecture Portfolio Build

I am gathering all of my university architecture work into a single, visually bold portfolio and need an expert who can take it across the finish line. The compilation will feature:

• four academic projects (conceptual designs) – all drawings, sketches, are already organised and simply need to be laid out in a polished, eye-catching format.
• One realised project – photographs exist, but drawings are incomplete. I need you to create the missing 3D model, generate realistic renders, prepare clean plans/sections/elevations, and weave everything into presentation boards that match the energetic, creative tone of the rest of the book. the project is really simple is just a one bhk renovation.

Your toolkit might include Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion or V-Ray for visuals, then InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop for the final page design. As long as the end result is a cohesive, print-ready PDF (plus high-resolution images of all new renders) that reads like a professional portfolio, I am flexible on process.

To be considered, submit a detailed project proposal that outlines:
• how you will approach modelling and rendering the built project,
• your layout concept for a “creative and visually bold” narrative, and
• an estimated timeline for each stage until delivery of the final PDF.

I’m ready to supply all existing drawings and reference photos as soon as we agree on direction, and I will provide prompt feedback so we can iterate quickly.
