Create & Verify Azure Account

I need a fresh Pay-As-You-Go Azure account fully set up and identity-verified so I can jump straight into development and testing work. Please complete the standard signup, pass Microsoft’s phone/SMS and credit-card checks, and make sure the subscription is active.

Once the subscription is live, switch on access for Virtual Machines so I can immediately deploy test instances through the Azure portal and via the CLI. No other services are required right now.

Deliverables
• Verified Pay-As-You-Go Azure subscription with Virtual Machines enabled
• Secure transfer of the login email, temporary password, and any recovery details (use an encrypted channel)
• Confirmation screenshot of the subscription overview page showing active status and VM quota available

I’ll release payment once I sign in, see the active subscription, and can spin up a small test VM without issues.
