CAD / STL File Required – Stainless-Steel Mounting Bracket
I need an experienced CAD designer to create an accurate, manufacturing-ready 3D model of the mounting bracket shown in the attached technical drawing.
Requirements:
* Create an STL file suitable for 3D printing and prototype testing
* Also provide the original editable CAD file and a STEP file
* Follow all dimensions shown in the attached drawing
* Overall height: 45 mm
* Overall width: 33 mm
* Overall depth: 17 mm
* Material thickness: 1.5–2.0 mm
* Inside gap: 11 mm
* Bottom bend radius: 5.5 mm
* Include both rectangular openings
* Include the three rear mounting holes
* Mounting-hole collars must project 2 mm and have a 4.7 mm outside diameter
* Include the raised “B BOSS” branding shown on the front
* General dimensional tolerance: ±0.2 mm
The model must have clean geometry and be suitable for producing a physical prototype. Please check the completed model against the technical drawing before delivery.
Deliverables:
* STL file
* STEP file
* Editable/source CAD file
* One rendered preview of the completed model
