Create Reading Questions for Passages

Title: Write 36 reading questions on 12 short English passages

We have 12 short English passages (100–300 words) of different kinds: legal text, definitions, argument, quoted testimony, scientific observation, literature, history, criticism, technical specification, procedure, explanation and planning.
For each passage write 3 questions the way an ordinary reader who wants an answer from this text would ask:

a question answered directly in the text;
a question with a condition or assumption the text may not state;
a request for a summary or a list.
Do not write the answers. You work in an Excel file with one solved example.
