Create Multidisciplinary Data Centre BIM Model

We are looking for an experienced BIM modelling specialist, multidisciplinary team or BIM consultancy to create a high-quality fictional Data Centre project for use in software demonstrations.

This is not a CAD-to-BIM, scan-to-BIM or drawing-conversion project. We will provide a high-level concept, project requirements, reference material and guidance from experienced AEC professionals.

The successful freelancer or team will need to develop a realistic, technically credible multidisciplinary project from concept-level information.

The project is expected to include disciplines such as Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and relevant Site/Civil elements.

We are particularly interested in applicants with real-world experience in Data Centres, MEP-heavy environments or complex multidisciplinary AEC projects.

The project will require:

- High-quality BIM modelling and model organisation
- Realistic BIM data and object properties
- Multidisciplinary coordination
- 2D drawings produced from the native models
- An iterative review and revision process
- Delivery of the native authoring models and associated linked project files
