Create Double-Layer PCB & Schematics

I’m starting this project from a blank canvas and need a skilled PCB designer who can take my functional requirements (which I’ll share once we kick off) and turn them into clean, production-ready documentation. The board must be a double-layer design populated exclusively with surface-mount parts, so tidy routing, tight footprints and thoughtful component placement are essential.
Your first task is to build the full schematic from scratch, validating part choices along the way. Once the schematic is locked, translate it into a compact two-layer layout that respects standard DFM guidelines and any component-specific recommendations in the datasheets.
Deliverables I expect:
• Complete, well-annotated schematic file (Altium, KiCad or Eagle—whichever you work fastest in).
• Optimised two-layer PCB layout with clear silkscreen, test points and mounting holes.
• Manufacturing outputs: Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place data, and an up-to-date BOM.
I’ll provide pin-outs, mechanical constraints and target board size at project start. If you follow IPC best practices, keep via counts reasonable and confirm net integrity with ERC/DRC before hand-off, we’ll be in great shape. Looking forward to seeing your approach.
