Create Custom total war Warhammer 3 Units

I am looking for someone who knows how to make custom units from scratch for Total War: Warhammer 3 and put them into the game. You must know how to build a new unit from scratch (stats, DB editing, or models) and use the standard modding tools like RPFM (Rusted PackFile Manager) and the Assembly Kit to make the mod work properly.

The mod MUST be 100% functional and fully compatible with the latest version and the latest official patch of the game. It needs to run perfectly on the latest update without crashing.

Everything will be done through Freelancer Milestone (Escrow). The money stays frozen in the platform. I will only release the payment after you show me a quick video of the new units working in your game, and I test the file on my PC to make sure it doesn't crash. No crazy prices, I am looking for a fair deal for a casual modding project. I will explain the details of the units and my idea in the private chat.
