PowerPoint and Display Advertising Project Brief

T.I.E. Industrial

We need a consistent visual system for company presentations, a flexible sales deck, and display advertising. The finished materials should reflect our brand, clearly explain our products and services, and be easy for our team to use and update.

1 Company PowerPoint template

Create coordinated companywide PowerPoint templates in two sizes: Widescreen 16:9 (13.333 × 7.5 inches) and Standard 4:3 (10 × 7.5 inches). Deliver each size as a reusable .potx template and an editable .pptx example deck demonstrating the layouts.

Build a complete Slide Master for each size with theme colors, fonts, logo placement, footers, and editable placeholders. Layouts must be available through the New Slide and Layout menus. Adapt layouts to each aspect ratio without stretching or clipping content.

Include layouts for title, section divider, title and content, two columns, text with image, full image, product or service overview, comparison, chart or table, key statistics, case study, and closing or contact slides.

Use clear typography, consistent spacing, and readable charts. Include brief instructions for selecting layouts, replacing images, and adding slides while keeping the formatting consistent.

2 Updated sales presentation and optional slide library

Redesign our current sales deck using the approved template. Improve the flow and readability while preserving accurate business information. Flag outdated or unclear content for our review.

Create a core presentation for general sales conversations, plus clearly labeled optional slides that salespeople can include or leave out based on the customer and meeting.

Suggested optional modules include CNC parts and repair, industrial robot sales and services, field service, technical support, testing and warranty, industry applications, customer examples, and next steps. Final topics and slide counts will be agreed after reviewing the source deck and brochure.

Provide a recommended slide order and identify core versus optional slides in an internal slide index or presenter notes. Removing optional slides should leave a complete, logical presentation.

Keep text, charts, tables, and design elements editable in PowerPoint. Use native layouts and placeholders wherever practical; avoid flattening entire slides into images.

Brand and design direction

Use the supplied company template, brochure, and existing creative as references. Keep the design professional, clear, and appropriate for industrial buyers. Use our established red, black, and white palette and Inter font, with a practical fallback if needed. Use approved company photography and assets; any AI imagery requires approval. All product claims, statistics, and customer examples must be supplied or approved by T.I.E. Industrial.

3 Display advertising creative

Develop 8–10 distinct creative versions based on the supplied ads and examples. Adapt every approved version into all five sizes below, for 40–50 final banner files. Confirm the creative themes and copy before producing the complete size set.

Prioritize 300 × 250, 728 × 90, and 160 × 600 based on the supplied media requirements, while delivering all five sizes.

Rework the composition for each size. Adjust imagery, copy length, logo placement, and call to action so the ads remain readable, especially at 320 × 50. Do not stretch or simply shrink the original design.

Use static JPG or PNG as the base scope. Supported alternatives supplied by the media partner include animated GIF, HTML5 ZIP, and ad tags; quote these separately if proposed.

Target less than 80 KB per exported banner. Files over 100 KB may under-deliver due to load time. No file may exceed the supplied maximum of 150 KB.

Deliver editable source files and optimized exports, organized by creative version and size. Use clear filenames such as TIE_Parts_01_300x250.jpg and include a preview sheet for review.

Materials we will provide

Current sales deck; current companywide PowerPoint template; current brochure; current ad creatives and design examples; available logos, brand guidelines, photography, and approved copy. These will be supplied for the designer to review before finalizing scope.

Review and completion

Start with a proposed design direction, sample PowerPoint layouts, a sales deck outline, and sample ads in the three priority sizes. Obtain approval before completing the full deck and all ad adaptations. Final review should confirm PowerPoint editability, working master layouts, optional slide usability, correct banner dimensions, readable content, and file sizes.

Please provide a proposal with pricing by deliverable, timeline and milestones, included revision rounds, expected slide and layout counts, source file formats, and any additional costs for copywriting, licensed assets, animation, or HTML5 production. Confirm the final 8–10 ad versions and total export count before production.
