Create Bilingual Brochures for Winery Industry

CorelDRAW Designer Needed – Bilingual Oenology / Winery Brochure
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer specialized in CorelDRAW, multi-page brochure design and professional print layout.
We already have an existing corporate brochure and all the editable source files.
We also already have the brochure separately in each language:
- Italian
- English
- French
- Spanish
Therefore, NO translation is required. All texts in the four languages are already available in their respective individual brochure files.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The current brochure covers several different business sectors.
For this project, we want to create a new brochure dedicated exclusively to the Oenology / Wine sector, removing all unrelated sectors and reorganizing the relevant existing content into a professional brochure specifically designed for wineries.
We need two bilingual versions:
1. Italian + English
2. French + Spanish
Both versions must have the same design, structure, page organization and page count, with only the languages changing.
BILINGUAL LAYOUT
The designer will take the texts directly from the existing individual language files and combine them professionally.
For example:
Italian Title
English Title
Italian description
English description
And similarly:
French Title
Spanish Title
French description
Spanish description
The bilingual layout must be clean, balanced and easy to read.
We do not want a simple copy/paste solution where the second language looks like it was added afterwards.
The final brochure should look as though it was originally designed as a bilingual publication.
The designer may therefore adjust font sizes, spacing, text boxes, margins, images and page composition where necessary.
OENOLOGY / WINERY CONTENT ONLY
The new brochure must focus exclusively on the Oenology and Wine sector.
Relevant sections may include:
- Grape reception and sorting
- Handling and pressing
- Winemaking and fermentation
- Storage and ageing
- Filtration and stabilization
- Thermal control
- Stainless steel systems and tanks
- Process piping
- Industrial automation
- PLC, HMI and SCADA
- Engineering and installation
- Technical service and maintenance
- Turnkey winery solutions
Existing content that is relevant to wineries should be selected and reorganized appropriately.

The existing brochure includes a visual page showing the company's different business sectors.
For the new brochure, this page should be redesigned as a visual overview of the Oenology offering, for example:

We are open to layout improvements and professional suggestions where necessary.
IMPORTANT – PHYSICAL BROCHURE STRUCTURE
The existing brochure has a specific physical construction that we want to keep exactly.
It uses an outer cardstock cover with 4 faces:
1. Front outside: Main cover
2. Front inside: Blank / white
3. Back inside: Blank / white
4. Back outside: Final back cover
The actual brochure content is contained on separate internal sheets enclosed by this cardstock cover.
The two internal faces of the cardstock cover must remain blank.
The designer must therefore organize the internal pages separately and determine the appropriate number of pages according to the amount of bilingual content.
The final brochure must have the correct page sequence, facing pages and booklet structure for professional double-sided printing and binding.

We will provide:
- Original editable CorelDRAW source files
- Existing PDF files
- Individual Italian brochure
- Individual English brochure
- Individual French brochure
- Individual Spanish brochure
- Existing graphic material and images where available
All translations are already completed and available in the individual language files.
The job is primarily graphic design, restructuring, bilingual layout and professional print preparation — NOT translation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with strong experience in:
- CorelDRAW
- Professional brochure/catalog design
- Multi-page editorial layouts
- Bilingual/multilingual layouts
- Print-ready file preparation
- Prepress
- Correct booklet/page sequencing
Experience with industrial, technical, machinery, food & beverage or winery brochures is a plus.
FINAL DELIVERABLES
We require:
1. Oenology Brochure — Italian / English
2. Oenology Brochure — French / Spanish
For both versions:
- Editable CorelDRAW source file
- High-resolution print-ready PDF
- Same graphic structure and page count
- Correct professional printing/binding structure
