Create accurate STEP Models for Swivel Brake and Fixed Casters

I need production-ready CAD models of several configurations of casters and wheels delivered in native STEP format. Every geometry and surface detail has to match the real-world part exactly—height, wheel diameter, tread width, mounting plate, brake mechanism, even the profile of the yoke. These files will feed directly into design and visual workflows, so dimensional tolerance must stay within ±0.05 mm and the visual fidelity must be suitable for marketing renders.

You are free to build the files in SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, Creo, or any comparable platform, as long as the final export is a clean, watertight modern STEP file with properly named feature tree when imported.

Deliverables
• One STEP file per caster size or variation
• A short PDF 2D drawing listing every critical measurement (height, wheel Ø, width, mounting bolt spacing, load rating, etc.) and confirming they match the source specs
• Screenshots or turntable render confirming visual accuracy before final sign-off

I will supply reference sketches, photos and manufacturer spec sheets as soon as the project starts. Let me know your preferred workflow and estimated turnaround, and feel free to suggest checkpoints so we can verify dimensions early and avoid rework.
