Create a Clo3D Avatar From 3D Scan in BLENDER

I have a high-definition body scan in OBJ format that I need converted into a perfectly scaled Avatar ready for pattern development in Clo3D. Here is exactly what I need done:

– Import the OBJ, verify the global scale, and lock the overall height at 168.5 cm.
– Clean the mesh thoroughly: close every hole, remove any stray artifacts, and smooth the surface while keeping the original posture and surface texture intact.
– Reduce and retopologize to a single watertight FBX between 30 000 – 40 000 quads and under 40 MB.
– Place the model into a true A-pose with arms 20–30° away from the torso, without altering the relaxed stance of the rest of the body.

Deliverable: one FBX avatar that meets all of the specs above and drops straight into Clo3D without additional fixes.
