We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented freelancer to transform 76 of our existing text-based knowledge base (KB) articles into polished, professional tutorial videos. You will leverage modern AI video generation tools (such as WowTo, Ngram, InVideo AI, or similar text-to-video platforms) to automate the heavy lifting of script generation and voiceover production, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and engaging visual guides for our SaaS users.
Project will take approximately 25-30 hours to do.
Will be paid per projected hours.
Project Scope & Key Responsibilities
Asset Ingestion: Import 76 existing help center articles, step-by-step guides, and release notes into the chosen AI video platform.
Script & Storyboard Review: Review and refine auto-generated scripts for clarity, pacing, and accurate SaaS terminology.
Visual Alignment: Ensure the AI-generated visuals or captured UI screenshots perfectly match the instructional text. If necessary, use screen capture (via tools like Guidde or native UI recorders) to provide accurate visual context.
Audio Production: Apply and QA high-quality AI text-to-speech (TTS) voiceovers, adjusting pacing, pronunciation, and emphasis to sound natural and professional.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final reviews to ensure smooth transitions, accurate closed captions/subtitles, and adherence to our brand guidelines.
Final Delivery: Export and deliver 76 finalized video files (MP4) or platform-specific embed codes, organized logically by feature category.
Required Skills & Qualifications
AI Tool Proficiency: Proven experience using AI video generation and documentation tools (e.g., WowTo, Ngram, InVideo AI, Guidde, Clueso, Synthesia, or Descript).
SaaS Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS user interfaces, software navigation, and standard B2B product terminology.
Audio/Visual QA: A sharp eye for visual timing and a good ear for tuning AI voiceovers to sound authentic rather than robotic.
