I need a writer who can turn raw fitness concepts and numbers into a clear, engaging data-driven book. The goal is to show readers how to collect, interpret and act on their own workout stats, nutrition metrics and progress indicators so they can make smarter training decisions and stay motivated.
Here is what I already know:
• The manuscript should blend practical explanations with real-world examples and easy-to-follow data demonstrations.
• I want the tone to be friendly, motivational and jargon-free while remaining precise with any figures or formulas you introduce.
• Visual aids will matter. Simple tables, sample logs or charts that illustrate tracking techniques should accompany the text, but I’m happy for you to suggest the exact layout.
• Length is flexible—as long as every chapter delivers value and flows logically.
What I’d like from you:
1. An outline that breaks the book into logical sections (introduction, data fundamentals, daily/weekly tracking, interpreting results, troubleshooting plateaus, concluding action plan).
2. A drafted chapter so I can confirm the voice and depth before you move on.
3. The complete manuscript in an editable format (Google Docs or Word preferred) ready for light design work.
4. A short “quick-start” appendix that busy readers can reference at a glance.
Feel free to draw on reputable sources—academic studies, wearables reports, or client case studies—just cite them properly. If you have experience with spreadsheet templates, Notion databases or fitness tracking apps (Garmin, Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, etc.), mention it, because integrating sample templates would be a bonus.
I’m looking to begin immediately and keep momentum with milestone submissions, so include a realistic timeline in your proposal. Let me know any questions you have about scope, style or supporting graphics—I’m ready to collaborate and refine as we progress.
