CPQ Webshop & License Integration

I’m launching a CPQ-driven webshop that must talk directly to new license server. My priorities are straightforward:

• Users will sign in exclusively through Microsoft Azure AD SSO. No local usernames or social-logins—just Azure AD with proper role mapping.
• After authentication, customers need the usual CPQ flow (configure → price → quote → checkout) and, on completion, the system must call the license server’s API to create or update the customer’s subscription license automatically.
• Every product in the catalogue is subscription-based, so the cart, checkout and subsequent renewals have to respect recurring-billing rules.

I’m flexible on the underlying commerce platform—whether that ends up being Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a custom stack—so long as it supports the CPQ logic, clean Azure AD integration and a reliable way to trigger license issuance.

Deliverables
1. Fully functioning storefront with CPQ workflow and subscription products ready for sale.
2. Secure Azure AD SSO implementation tested for new and returning users.
3. Real-time API bridge to the license server (issue, renew, revoke).
4. Admin controls for adding/editing products, pricing tiers and license parameters.
5. Deployment documentation and a brief hand-off session so our internal team can maintain the setup.
