As a Corporate Performance Consultant, located in Costa Rica or Nicaragua, you are a technical individual and an experienced consultant, proficient with major CPM software, primarily focused on Vena Solutions. What You’ll Do as a Corporate Performance Management Consultant:
You will provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client
You will create documentation and participate in project meetings
Be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of the solution
Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead
Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs, always using the best practices available
Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training
Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure we are delivering a tailored solution meeting the client’s specification
Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships, providing the support needed, online or in-person, in every step of the process.
What You Need to Do the Job:
ideal candidate is located in Costa Rica or Nicaragua
2-3 years of related work experience
Development/consulting/implementation experience is an asset
Experience with database concepts and expertise in MS Excel
Confidence in speaking and presenting information in collaborative customer settings
High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions
Ability to understand and communicate in English
Education background in IT, Engineering, or Finance is preferred
