Cozy Cartoon App Illustrations

I’m developing a cozy Pomodoro/focus mobile app and I’m looking for a human illustrator to create a cohesive set of original illustrated assets.

The visual style I’m looking for is soft, warm, hand-drawn, and slightly imperfect, similar to a cozy children's storybook illustration made with colored pencils/crayons. I want visible paper/crayon texture, gentle sketchy outlines, simple shapes, and warm muted colours.

The artwork should feel handmade rather than like clean vector art or AI-generated artwork.

I already have reference artwork showing the exact overall mood, proportions, colours, and level of detail I’m aiming for. I will provide these references to the selected artist.

Assets needed

The main asset set will include:

A cute puppy character
Puppy sitting pose
Puppy sleeping pose
Puppy blinking variations for animation
Sofa
Teddy bear
Wooden dresser with lamp
Flower-patterned rug
Wooden floor
Additional sofa variations
Small additional cozy room elements if needed later

The puppy is especially important. It needs to remain recognizably the same character across different poses and animations.

I need the assets provided individually, preferably with transparent backgrounds where appropriate.

Please provide:

High-resolution PNGs
Layered source files (PSD, Procreate, AI, or equivalent)
Separate layers/elements where useful for animation
Artwork suitable for use in a mobile app

For the puppy animations, I would especially like the character separated from the background so I can animate small movements such as blinking and breathing inside the app.

Important

Consistency is more important to me than quantity.

I would rather have a small number of beautifully consistent assets than many illustrations that don't feel like they belong to the same world.

I’m happy to provide my existing reference images before starting. Please show me 2–3 relevant examples from your previous work in a similar hand-drawn/cozy style.

I would also prefer an artist who draws the artwork themselves rather than relying on generative AI.
