I’ve just taken a 1,108 sq ft suite inside an office tower and have the base floor plan in both PDF and DWG. Now I need a complete interior concept that divides the footprint into two complementary zones: a cozy, rustic café and a small adjoining gift shop.
The café must feel warm and welcoming—think reclaimed wood, muted earth tones, and soft ambient lighting—but it will offer indoor seating only. At the heart of the layout I want an eye-catching coffee bar paired with a pastry display that draws customers in from the corridor entrance. Please allow for efficient circulation from order point to seating, incorporate compact back-of-house functions (sink, refrigeration, dry storage), and keep sightlines open to the gifting area.
Just beyond the café, the retail corner should carry the same rustic palette yet stand out enough for product browsing. Flexible shelving, a small checkout that can double with the café during slower hours, and space for rotating seasonal tables are all essential.
Deliverables I’m looking for:
• Mood board / material palette that captures the rustic charm
• Two layout options showing how the 1,108 sq ft can be split
• Dimensioned floor plans with furniture, bar equipment, and retail fixtures
• 3D visuals or rendered perspectives for both areas
• Basic finishes and furniture schedule I can hand off to the contractor
. Cafe about 850sqft and gift shop about 260 sqft (use space on the right of uploaded floor plan)
I’ll forward the existing drawings as soon as we connect. When you reply, please share examples of café or retail spaces you’ve designed and your expected turnaround time.
