Job Title: Russian-Speaking Freelance Family Law Paralegal (Florida Divorce Case Review & Strategy)
Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Russian-speaking freelance paralegal with deep expertise in Florida family law and specifically dissolution of marriage (divorce) proceedings.
The goal of this project is to review the initial court pleadings filed by both parties (Petitioner/Wife and Respondent/Husband), analyze the financial disclosures and claims, and provide a comprehensive strategic breakdown and behavioral recommendations for the husband heading into upcoming court hearings and proceedings.
Scope of Work:
1. Document Review & Analysis:
Thoroughly examine the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and related motions.
Review the Husband’s Counter-Petition / Answer.
Cross-reference claims regarding equitable distribution, alimony, parenting plan / time-sharing, and child support with Florida Statutes (Chapter 61).
2. Strategy & Recommendations Report:
Prepare a written summary outlining key vulnerabilities, strengths, and leverage points for the Husband.
Provide actionable tactical recommendations on how the Husband should conduct himself, what documentation/evidence to preserve, and what pitfalls to avoid during court appearances (mediation, temporary relief hearings, or status conferences).
3. Legal Standards Compliance:
Ensure all insights align with Florida family law statutes and procedural rules.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written).
Proven professional experience as a paralegal specializing in Florida family law / divorce litigation.
Strong knowledge of Florida equitable distribution laws, alimony factors, and Florida Child Support Guidelines.
Personal or practical understanding of the divorce process from a participant's perspective (having personal experience going through a divorce).
Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

A structured evaluation report (memo) containing case analysis and strategic recommendations for the Husband.
