I need someone who already understands the Courier Exchange (CX) platform inside out and can take full ownership of two things: winning the right contracts through smart, timely bidding and then turning those wins into rock-solid, day-to-day route plans for my drivers.

Your first priority is the marketplace itself—spotting the loads that fit our fleet profile, pitching competitive yet profitable bids, and keeping an eye on response times so we stay at the top of the list. Once a job is secured, I’ll hand you access to the specialised routing software we use. From there, you’ll import each job, sequence drop-offs and collections logically, and release a clear run sheet that factors in drive-time rules, vehicle capacities and live traffic updates.

I’m looking for measurable results: a healthy hit rate on CX bids, routes that our drivers can follow without backtracking, and end-of-day reports that show we’re running lean on mileage and tight on delivery windows.
