Watton Hall are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Manager to oversee operations within a designated country. Main Responsibilities

Oversee the daily functions of the pharmaceutical business, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies.

Develop and implement successful business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.

Identify new business opportunities within the region, implementing initiatives that promote growth and enhance market presence.

Ensure compliance with all public health guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.

Profile

Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Business Management, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.

A minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
