Council-Ready Roof Plan Drafting

I have an 8 m × 8 m courtyard that will be covered by a very high gable roof, open on the northern and southern elevations and tied into our existing roof and walkway on three sides. Only one new supporting post is required.

My AI-generated sketches capture the concept but are not to scale, so I need a draftsman who can translate them into a complete set of council-ready plans. The final package must satisfy our specific structural requirements and be suitable for engineering certification and council submission.

Scope of work
• Verify the dimensions and geometry of the gable roof and its junctions with the existing structure.
• Produce detailed plans, sections and elevations, clearly showing connections, the single new post, and open ends.
• Incorporate the structural notes and load data I will supply.
• Deliver editable CAD files plus print-ready PDFs.
