Cosy Rental Interior Concepts and renovation possibilities

I’m close to putting in an offer on a property which will be our holiday property, but first I need to see its full potential. The brief is to imagine the entire home in a warm, cosy style and present that vision clearly enough for me to make a confident purchase decision.

You’ll receive the agent’s floor plan, rough measurements and current photos. Using those, I’d like you to develop a complete interior concept that shows how every room could feel—entrance, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and any outdoor nooks included.

Deliverables I’m looking for:
• 2-3 mood boards that set the overall palette, finishes and furnishings
• An annotated floor plan or layout proposal for the whole property
• High-quality interior visuals or 3D renders of key spaces that capture the “welcome-home” atmosphere
• A concise materials / furniture summary so I know where budget hotspots might sit

Please work in whichever tools you are most comfortable with—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, AutoCAD or similar—as long as the output can be shared as PDFs and high-resolution images. A short video walkthrough is a bonus but not essential.

I’m happy to answer questions quickly and can provide feedback for one round of refinements. The end goal is a set of drawings and visuals that lets me, and any future guests, picture stepping into a snug, inviting retreat.
