I’m putting together a lean MVP for a chandni chowk city-only marketplace where neighbourhood shopkeepers can upload electronics or other project-related items and buyers can get them delivered the same day through Porter.

Core flow
• Shopkeeper signs up with either a quick email/password form or any major social account, then lists an item under “Electronics” or “Project Items”.
• Shoppers browse, add to cart, choose Porter for instant delivery, and decide whether to pay online or at the door.
• At checkout the system collects my small service fee automatically and releases the balance to the shopkeeper. Online payments need to accept regular credit/debit cards and a service such as PayPal for convenience; COD simply flags the order for cash collection.

What I need from you
1. A responsive web front-end for buyers and a simple dashboard for shopkeepers.
2. Admin panel where I can adjust the fee percentage and monitor orders.
3. Payment integration that handles both card gateways and PayPal, plus COD logic.
4. Basic Porter API hook (or similar) that triggers on confirmed orders and returns tracking details.
5. Clean, well-commented code so additional cities or categories can be added later.

Acceptance
The project is done when I can create a shopkeeper account, list an item, place an order from a shopper account, pay by card or mark as COD, and see the correct fee split reflected in both my admin view and the shopkeeper’s balance, with a Porter booking successfully generated.
