Corporate WordPress Website Build

I need a clean, professional corporate information site set up on my existing Bluehost hosting. The visual benchmark is https://www.whiterose-partners.com/—smooth scrolling, strong typography, and plenty of white space—only the content will be my own.

Homepage requirements
• Prominent About Us and Services sections, laid out to encourage exploration.
• Space left for future additions such as testimonials without breaking the design.

Scope of work
• Install and configure WordPress on Bluehost, select or create a lightweight theme, and deploy a child theme if needed.
• Design a responsive layout that echoes the refined feel of the reference site while remaining unique.
• Propose a professional colour palette (I have no fixed scheme yet).
• Build inner page templates so I can add Contact, Privacy, or other standard pages myself.
• Optimise for speed, accessibility, and on-page SEO, and connect any essential plugins (caching, security, backup).

Acceptance criteria
The finished site must visually match the quality of the sample, reflect my supplied copy and images accurately, load smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile, and allow me to update content easily from the WordPress dashboard.
