Corporate Portrait Photoshop Retouching

I have a batch of staff head-shots that need to look consistently sharp for our company‐website profiles. Each image requires: subtle skin and lighting touch-ups to keep everyone looking natural, a thorough clean-up of the existing background (we want to keep the backdrop that’s already there, just remove distractions and even out the tones), and an extra layer of professional polish so the final portraits feel uniform and executive-ready.

Please work directly in Photoshop, preserve true-to-life skin texture, and avoid any over-smoothing. When backgrounds are tidied, maintain the original depth and soft shadowing so the edits remain invisible to the casual eye.

Deliverables:
• High-resolution JPEGs suitable for print and a second, web-optimised set (sRGB, 72 dpi, 2000 px on the long edge).
• Consistent cropping and headroom across the series.
• A brief note outlining any colour profiles or actions used, so we can replicate the look on future shoots.
