Our current portfolio site works well for search, yet the visual style and user flow feel dated. I want to give it a fresh, corporate-professional look that foregrounds our projects and case studies without sacrificing the rankings we already own.
Scope of work
• Revamp the visual design and layout in a polished, corporate tone.
• Streamline navigation and page structure so visitors can reach key projects in two clicks or less.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices—clean semantic HTML5, optimised headings, image alt text, schema markup—while retaining the keyword set that is bringing in traffic today.
• Migrate all existing content, redirects and meta data so Google sees a seamless transition and no dip in visibility.
• Tune Core Web Vitals (speed, responsiveness, CLS) as part of the facelift.
Acceptance criteria
1. New site is fully responsive and passes Lighthouse audits with scores of 90+ for Performance, Accessibility and Best Practices.
2. All legacy URLs resolve correctly; no 4xx errors appear after launch.
3. Keyword positions tracked before launch remain stable or improve two weeks post-migration.
Please attach links to at least two portfolio-style redesigns where you handled both the visuals and the on-page SEO. If you used tools such as WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, or custom React/Next.js stacks, note that as well—I am open to whichever platform you feel best meets the brief, provided it remains easy for my team to maintain after hand-over.
