I need an AI-powered web application that focuses exclusively on corporate law. The system must be able to:
• Offer conversational, context-aware legal advice on corporate matters.
• Draft standard corporate documents (NDAs, shareholder agreements, board resolutions, etc.) from user-supplied prompts.
• Run quick legal research queries, surfacing up-to-date statutes, regulations, and relevant case summaries.
Core expectations
I want a browser-based interface that feels like a chat assistant. Under the hood, you are free to combine GPT-4 (or another large language model), retrieval-augmented generation, and any open-source legal datasets you deem reliable—so long as citations are provided for every answer. Accuracy, traceability, and plain-English explanations are critical.
Key deliverables
1. Responsive front-end with secure user authentication.
2. Back-end that routes user queries to the AI engine, distinguishes between advice, drafting, and research tasks, and returns formatted results.
3. A lightweight administration panel where I can update prompt templates and upload new corporate-law reference materials.
4. Full source code, deployment instructions, and a short video walkthrough.
Acceptance criteria
• Advice responses cite at least three authoritative sources.
• Generated documents are ready to download as Word or PDF.
• Research mode returns links to statutes and cases, organised by jurisdiction.
• System deployed to my cloud account and passes a brief user test covering the three core functions.
Please include examples of previous NLP or legal-tech work and indicate which stack you would choose for both front-end and back-end.
