I need a full-featured corporate job portal built from the ground up. Because we do not yet have formal branding guidelines, you will have creative freedom on the look and feel as long as the result is clean, professional, and consistent across desktop and mobile.
Core features I must see on launch:
• Employee profiles
• Job postings with robust search filters
• End-to-end job application tracking (from application to hire)
A simple admin dashboard for posting roles, approving profiles, and pulling basic hiring reports is expected as part of the delivery. I’m open to your preferred stack—popular choices such as Laravel, Django, Node, React, or similar frameworks are all fine—as long as the final code is well-documented and easy for an in-house team to maintain.
Please outline:
1. Your proposed tech stack and why it’s a good fit.
2. A concise timeline broken into milestones (design, core build, testing, hand-off).
3. Any past corporate or enterprise portals you’ve delivered that show comparable functionality.
