I need a polished, professional-looking website that positions my IT company as the obvious choice for new clients. The site must carry a clean corporate aesthetic—think sharp layouts, restrained colour palette, crisp typography—while still loading fast on every device.

Scope of work
• Register or connect the chosen domain, configure hosting and make sure DNS, SSL and email routing are all working before launch.
• Design and develop the full website (WordPress, Webflow or another mainstream CMS is fine) with intuitive navigation, clear calls-to-action and room for future content expansion.
• Build a straightforward admin area and walk me through how to update essential items myself—text blocks, images, basic contact info, blog posts. A short screen-share session or recorded tutorial works.
• Supply a high-resolution, print-ready letterhead in soft-copy (PDF + editable source) that matches the website branding.

Key objectives
1. Attract new clients by highlighting our services and technical strengths.
2. Present a trustworthy, corporate feel that aligns with B2B expectations.
3. Keep ongoing maintenance simple for a non-developer.

Deliverables
• Live, responsive website hosted on our domain
• CMS login credentials and admin documentation/video
• Source files (design assets, editable templates)
• Branded letterhead PDF and editable file (AI, PSD or DOCX)

Once everything is live, I’ll verify functionality and brand consistency; final payment will follow successful handover and training.
