Corporate Event Videography & Editing

Our annual corporate gathering will run for a full day and I need the entire occasion professionally filmed and turned into polished video content. Your role begins on-site, capturing continuous event coverage—from registration through the closing remarks—then continues in post-production where you’ll shape the raw footage into engaging, share-ready edits.

On the day you will operate discreetly yet proactively, moving between the main stage, breakout areas and informal networking spaces to make sure nothing important is missed. Good camera work, clean audio capture and an eye for atmosphere are essential.

After the event, I’ll hand over brand guidelines and any graphic assets so you can incorporate lower-thirds, our logo stinger and basic motion titles. Colour correction, audio sweetening and light background music will complete the look.

Deliverables:
• Highlight video (2–3 min, 1080p MP4) suitable for social channels
• Full-length recording of the keynote presentation, chapter-marked
• All usable raw footage on a drive or cloud folder

Please confirm the camera bodies, lenses, stabilisation gear and editing software you prefer so I can ensure compatibility with our in-house archive. If you are confident shooting corporate events end-to-end and turning them around quickly, I’m ready to lock in dates and a clear schedule.
