Corporate Event Videographer and Photographer Needed

I’m looking for an experienced event photographer and videographer to cover an upcoming corporate function. The brief is to document the day in a way that feels energetic yet polished, with particular attention on three elements: the keynote speeches, informal networking sessions and organised group photos of our teams and speakers.

The venue is fully lit for presentations, but ambient light will drop during the evening reception, so please be comfortable working with on-camera flash or lightweight strobes and fast lenses. I’ll need a balanced mix of candid shots that capture real interaction and a few posed images for our internal newsletter and LinkedIn posts.

Deliverables
• Minimum 150 high-resolution, colour-corrected JPEGs
• Separate folder of 10 hero shots optimised for web (under 2 MB each)
• All images delivered via downloadable gallery within 5 business days

Acceptance criteria
• Faces must be sharp, properly exposed, and free of distracting background clutter.
• Keynote images should clearly show speaker, slide content and some audience context.
• Networking photos must feel authentic—no staged handshakes unless they happen naturally.
