Corporate Event Stage Production Manager -- 2

I’m organising a corporate event and need an experienced production manager to take full ownership of everything that will happen on-stage. Your brief is straightforward: transform the concept and agenda I have into a seamless, show-ready experience.

Key area of responsibility
• Stage production – from design sketches and technical specifications through to on-site build, rehearsal supervision and show-day cue calling.

You will collaborate with my internal comms team, source and manage all technical vendors (lighting, sound, LED walls, rigging, backline, crew), build and maintain the production schedule, and keep us aligned with venue rules and safety standards. I’ll rely on you for cost tracking, supplier negotiations and live problem-solving so that executives can focus on content rather than logistics.

Deliverables I expect
• Detailed production timeline with milestones
• Scaled stage/layout drawings and technical rider
• Confirmed supplier list with signed agreements
• On-site show management through strike and load-out report

If you’ve steered corporate shows before, are fluent with industry tools such as Vectorworks, QLab or similar, and can communicate clearly under pressure, let’s talk.
