Corporate Event Poster Design

I’m preparing for an upcoming corporate function and need a professionally-designed poster to publicise it. The assignment is straightforward: one striking, print-ready poster that captures the event’s spirit while remaining on-brand.

Here’s what I already know
• Material required: Poster only (no logo or flyer work at this stage).
• Final artwork must be supplied as editable Adobe Illustrator (AI) and high-resolution PDF, with a web-optimised PNG for internal email blasts.
• Colour palette and brand guidelines will be provided the moment we start.

Size is still flexible—A3, A2, or 24×36 in are all viable—so feel free to suggest which format best suits typical corporate venues and printing costs.

I value clean typography, balanced whitespace, and a layout that looks just as good on a digital screen as it does on a lobby wall. Please include two initial concept options; once one is approved, I’d like up to two revision rounds to fine-tune the details.

Deliver the final files ready for immediate print and distribution, with all fonts either outlined or packaged. Let me know your lead time and any questions you need answered before you dive in.
