Corporate Event Photo-Video O2

We are looking for one experienced freelance photographer/videographer to cover a major business event in London on **9 and 10 September 2026**.

You must have your own professional camera/video equipment and be comfortable capturing both photography and video throughout a live event.

The coverage will focus on following our founder/host during the event and capturing the experience naturally, including:

* Arrival, registration and collecting the event badge
* Exterior/venue establishing shots
* Walking into and around the event
* Networking and conversations with attendees
* Short interviews and discussions
* Natural interactions, introductions and behind-the-scenes moments
* General event atmosphere, speakers, exhibition areas and activity
* A mixture of professional photographs, video footage and B-roll

We are looking for natural, professional event coverage rather than heavily staged content. You should be comfortable working independently, spotting good moments and following the action without needing constant direction.

No post-production or editing is required. We require all original high-quality RAW photographs and raw video footage from both days, properly saved and transferred to us after the event.

Dates: 9–10 September 2026
Requirement: One person capable of both photography and videography, with their own equipment.
