Corporate Event Food Service Assistants

I’m organizing a mid-sized corporate gathering with roughly 50–100 attendees and need a small team that can focus exclusively on serving food and drinks. The service will be simple and fast-moving—pre-packed food packets and sealed water bottles rather than plated or buffet dishes—so efficiency and a professional, welcoming attitude are the priorities.

Your role will include:
• Handing out the packets and water as guests start their coach journey
• Monitoring stock so nothing runs out and letting me know early if we’re running low
• Clearing any used packaging and keeping the area clean throughout the event

You should already be comfortable with basic event-service etiquette, able to stand for several hours, and interact politely with business guests. If you have previous corporate or conference catering experience, mention it when you respond.
