I’m preparing a corporate event and need three cohesive 3D elements designed from the ground up:

• A striking welcome gate that sets the tone as guests arrive
• A main stage that balances authority with visual flair for keynotes and presentations
• A doorstop/background panel that frames photo ops and reinforces the overall aesthetic

The look I’m after is modern and sleek, guided by a neutral palette of black, white, and gray. Clean lines, balanced proportions, and subtle lighting accents should all work together to create a polished, professional atmosphere.

What I expect from you
1. Detailed 3D models for each element, built to real-world scale so the fabricator can work directly from them.
2. High-resolution still renders (front, side, and isometric views) that clearly show materials, finishes, and lighting.
3. Source files in a standard format (FBX, OBJ, or C4D/3ds Max—whichever you prefer) plus any texture maps or HDRI lighting files used.
4. A short written spec sheet summarizing dimensions, suggested materials, and installation notes.

I’ll provide our logo, brand font, and any mandatory messaging once we start; please leave placeholder areas for those in the initial draft. The designs should feel unified, with consistent geometry, lighting, and surface treatment across all three pieces.

If you have a portfolio piece that matches this type of corporate environment, I’d love to see it. Let’s create a set of visuals that impresses stakeholders and translates smoothly into physical construction.
