Corporate Construction Timelapse Edit

I have four months of construction footage ready to go—three fixed-position cameras that ran daily, a fisheye still sequence for dramatic roof-line context, and periodic drone passes for aerial perspective. I now need it shaped into a tight, 1–2 minute corporate-grade timelapse that spotlights the foundation work and the structural build-out before tapering off into a brief overall wrap-up.
The finished piece should feel polished and professional rather than flashy: clean cuts, purposeful speed-ramping, colour consistency across all sources, and subtle on-screen identifiers (date stamps or lower-thirds) where they genuinely add clarity. A simple, royalty-free music bed that matches the pace is welcome, but narration or text overlays should stay minimal unless they help highlight the foundation milestones.
Because this will screen internally and on our website, please deliver:
• A master 4K file (ProRes or high-bitrate H.264) and a 1080p web-ready version
• Any accompanying project file or edit timeline so we can tweak minor details later if needed
All raw material is organised by camera and date, ready for cloud transfer. Let me know your preferred platform (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and any initial thoughts on pacing, colour grade, or overlay style, and we can kick things off right away.
