Our annual corporate conference is fast approaching, and I want a polished, engaging film that captures the energy of the day. The priority is to record authentic guest interviews and candid reactions that showcase attendee insights and overall atmosphere.
On-site coverage will span the full program—from registration through closing remarks—so you’ll need to work smoothly around a business-oriented schedule and coordinate discreetly with our event team. High-quality audio for interviews is essential, and I expect thoughtful lighting choices in breakout areas where spontaneous feedback will be gathered.
After the event, please deliver:
• An edited highlight video (3–5 minutes) built around the best interview soundbites
• Color-graded 1080p or 4K master file, plus a version optimized for quick social sharing
• All raw interview footage neatly organized
Familiarity with corporate settings, multi-camera setups, clip-on lav mics, and fast turnaround editing in Premiere Pro or Final Cut will be appreciated. Let me know your shooting kit, sample work featuring on-camera interviews, and the timeframe you need for post-production so we can lock in dates.
