Our team is currently converting an ART (Accident Relief Train) coach in Bilaspur and I need a filmmaker who can document the entire journey from the moment we receive the bare coach from the Railway Department to the final unveiling of our fully refurbished, art-wrapped unit. The finished piece must feel like a polished corporate project film that I can screen for existing clients, prospective partners and other stakeholders who want a clear, credible view of our technical capability.

What I expect you to handle
• Pre-production: Develop a concise shooting plan and storyboard that follows the coach’s lifecycle step-by-step, including key milestones such as stripping, structural repairs, interior fit-outs, painting, graphic application and final quality checks.
• Production on site in Bilaspur: Multi-camera coverage, timelapse segments, on-camera walk-throughs with our engineers, and clean B-roll of machinery and workshop activity. Aerial shots of the yard are welcome if you can arrange legal drone work.
• Post-production: Edit the footage into a sleek, narrative-driven film with motion graphics for specifications and process highlights, professional voice-over, subtle background score, colour-graded 4K master and our branding elements.
• Deliverables:
– Main documentary (6–8 min) in 4K and 1080p.
– One 60-second cut-down for quick client briefings.
– All raw footage archived on a drive or secure cloud link.

Deadlines are tight—I’d like first draft within two weeks of your first shoot day and a locked master shortly afterward. If you already have experience with industrial or rail-sector films and can begin immediately in Bilaspur, I’m eager to review your reel and discuss logistics.
